How soon can you deliver?
Flowers in Belgium: ordered before 2pm, the flowers can be delivered the same day! Our website automatically gives you the first possible date.
What happens if the recipient is not at home?
In this case, the flowers are delivered to one of the neighbors and the recipient receives a card in his mailbox with the address where the flowers are located. If the neighbors are not there either, the florist will go back home to try to deliver again or he leaves a card with the request to contact him.
Can I send anonymously?
Yes. The recipient only sees the text you put on the card. Not your name or address. Your personal data will never be passed on to third parties, even to the recipient of the gift/flowers.
What time will the flowers be delivered?
Generally: for private addresses between 9.00am and 7.00pm and for companies between 9.00am and 5.00pm, unless you have given us another delivery time. Because of the crowds, it is possible in some cases that the delivery is made after 19.00h.
Can I give a limited delivery time?
Orders for companies are delivered within office hours. If your order needs to be delivered for a certain period of time, you can note this under “Comments”. Please only mention a delivery time if this is really necessary. We try to take this into account as much as possible, but we cannot give any guarantees. If you want to be 100% sure that your order will be delivered for a certain period of time, please contact our customer service by phone or e-mail. If you order funeral arrangements, we give you the guarantee that the flowers will be delivered before the desired time. If this does not work for any reason, we will contact you.
I want to send several bouquets, do I have to pay additional delivery costs?
You pay per address only 1 times the delivery costs. Regardless of the number of bouquets.

What are the shipping costs?
These vary depending on the municipality to which you want to send the flowers. (see section “Flower delivery”)
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes, as soon as you have shipped your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation by e-mail. Here you can read your order.
I want to order a mourning arrangement for a funeral, what information is needed?
For orders for a funeral or cremation, it is very important that the flowers are delivered to the correct address and at the exact time. Thank you for giving us so much information, such as the name of the funeral home, the name of the deceased, the date and time of the farewell. This information you can fill in at “remarks”. Please also be careful that you address the text for the ribbon or card to the deceased and not to the family. A text such as ‘we wish you good luck’ is not appropriate. You can use ‘Rest in Peace’ or ‘One Last Salute’ or for example only the sender (your own name).
